|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well Taken Care Of And Quiet Which Is Nice. — It's a quiet neighborhood and you don't hear neighbors through walls. Nice and clean town homes that are well maintained.Any fixes that need to be done are done within a day in my experience. Great place to live.

Jackie made it such a smooth process and really made us feel welcomed. My girlfriend and I love how quite and peaceful everything is. Our dog especially likes the park across the street and gets to have fun playing and running around. I would highly recommend this community to all my friends and family. Thank you.

The office and maintenance staff were the most helpful and the most friendly Any issues or questions I had were answered very quickly. Perkins definitely receives a 10 10 from me

|Recommended: YesGood All Around Neighborhood — We moved here in November 2016, so we've been here a little less than a year. One of the first things we noticed and were very happy about when we moved in was the quiet environment. We came from a very thin walled and noisy home previously, so the thick walls here are a welcome aspect. We have also appreciated the friendliness of the property manager and the prompt and helpful maintenance staff. We look forward to possibly staying for another year.

|Recommended: YesBest Leasing Company We've Ever Used — Perkins Place as been by far the best leasing company that we have rented through. The size of our townhome is incredible for the affordable rent. When we moved in, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms Jackie in the leasing office has been nothing short of amazing. Additionally, the two maintenance workers are always friendly and prompt. The very few times that we had to put in a maintenance request, the problem was FIXED within 24 hours. The neighbors are always friendly and we have never had an unpleasant experience. The only reason that we will not be renewing our lease, is because life circumstances have forced us to relocate to California.

|Recommended: YesClean Surroundings, Friendly Staff — It's quiet, it's clean, and it's close to main roads and highways. The leasing office is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff is super quick to respond to repair orders.

|Recommended: YesVery Clean, Friendly Staff — In my experience the staff have been wonderful, The property is always well kept from winter to summer. The grass is always kept, there is no litter and even the dumpster areas are cleaned up after if there is a spill and the response to the snow storm this year was phenomenal.
