|Recommended: YesLived Here For Years — It's been a while since I've written a review and thought maybe seeing one from someone who has lived here for years would be helpful if you're considering Perkins Place. I can attest that all of the positive comments below are true, accurate and well deserved. I have pets and this is about the only place in Harford county that's in a very nice neighborhood that will accept a larger breed dog. They have areas to walk your dog and the neighborhood is very activity and pet friendly. You always see people out walking, running, playing tennis, swimming the last two are across the street at the community center . You're close to restaurants and a grocery store. Accessing I95 is right around the corner, so this is a great location, pretty well maintained property and friendly and helpful staff. I wish That I could give it 10 stars.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live For The Money — This is just a great place to live have no problems the staff is great. They go out of the way to make you feel like you are at home. The Maintenance is great. I have no complaints. I have enjoyed living at Perkins place. And have decided to stay another year. The leasing staff is great as well. Very nice warm friendly people who always have a smile on there face I have enjoyed living at Perkins place plan to live here for a long time. I have lived at quite a few places and would rate this among one of the best places to live for the money. The only think I miss is not having a pool.

The maintenance staff is always prompt and polite and knowledgeable. I like the location and the price of the townhome. I can't say enough positive things about Perkins Place. I enjoy the monthly newsletter as well.
The ONLY suggestion that I would make is to remind the residents to respect parking areas and ask guests to park in the extra parking.
